Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Lodge your return at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
